Order Tracking
When your order ships, we email a tracking number and carrier link to the address used at checkout.
Packaging and Inspection
Tables ship in a wooden crate to protect tops and finishes in transit. When your delivery arrives:
1. Inspect the crate before signing. Note any visible damage on the carrier’s delivery receipt.
2. Unpack and inspect the product within 48 hours.
3. Report damage to info@kbfabservices.com with photos of the product and crate within 7 days of delivery.
We will arrange a repair, replacement or refund for items damaged in transit at no cost to you.
Address Accuracy
Please check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by an incorrect address. If a package is returned to us because of an address error, we will contact you to arrange reshipment; additional shipping charges may apply.
Delays
Carrier delays from weather or other events outside our control can extend delivery times. If your order has not arrived within 8 business days of shipping, contact us and we will trace it with the carrier.
