KB Fab Services is a metal fabrication shop in Valdosta, Georgia. We build furniture the way a fabricator builds anything meant to last: heavy-gauge steel, clean welds, real hardware and finishes that hold up to daily use.
Our line covers four categories: industrial dining tables, dining and bar chairs, outdoor tables and coffee tables. Every piece pairs a fabricated steel base with a solid hardwood or metal top.
How We Build
• Frames: Heavy-gauge steel tube with a 2 mm wall, formed into sawhorse, H-frame, trestle, plate and rectilinear bases.
• Joinery: Chair frames are fully welded. Table bases assemble with color-matched Grade 8 bolts, so they arrive in a manageable crate and go together without special tools.
• Tops: Solid walnut, oak, maple and teak built from 4-inch edge-glued boards and sealed with oil-based polyurethane, plus stainless steel, brass and copper metal tops.
• Finishes: Semi-gloss RAL powder coat or brushed and natural stainless steel.
• Leveling: Every table and chair ships with adjustable leveling feet.
