These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of kbfabservices.com (the “Site”) and purchases from KB Fab Services, 5727 Clyattville-Nankin Rd, Valdosta, GA 31601, United States. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

2. Products and Descriptions

We describe each product’s dimensions, materials and finishes as accurately as we can. Solid wood varies naturally in grain and color, and on-screen colors can differ from the finished piece. These natural variations are not defects.

3. Pricing and Orders

All prices are in US dollars. We may change prices or discontinue products at any time; changes do not affect orders already confirmed. We may refuse or cancel an order for reasons including suspected fraud, pricing errors or stock limits. If we cancel a paid order, we refund the full amount to the original payment method.

4. Custom Quotes

Custom sizes and finishes are built to the specifications in the written quote you approve. Please review dimensions and finishes carefully before approving.

5. Payment

Payment is due at checkout through the methods listed in our Payment Policy.

6. Shipping and Risk of Loss

We ship within the United States as described in our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier delivers your order.

7. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

8. Proper Use and Assembly

Assemble products according to the instructions provided and use them only for their intended purpose. Use furniture outdoors only if its product page lists it for outdoor use. We are not responsible for damage caused by improper assembly, modification, misuse or exposure the product is not rated for.

9. Intellectual Property

All Site content, including text, images, product names and logos, belongs to KB Fab Services or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, KB Fab Services is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our products. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product involved.
