Products and Materials
What are your table and chair bases made of? Heavy-gauge steel tube with a 2 mm wall, finished in semi-gloss RAL powder coat, or stainless steel in a brushed or natural finish. Chair frames are fully welded.
What are the tops made of? Wood tops are solid walnut, oak, maple or teak, built from 4-inch edge-glued boards and sealed with oil-based polyurethane. Metal tops are stainless steel, brass or copper. Each product page lists the exact top for that item.
Can I use your furniture outdoors? Only items listed as “Indoor and outdoor use” on the product page. Those use teak tops, stainless steel, or weathered brass or copper. Oak, maple and walnut tops are for indoor use.
How do I care for a wood top? Wipe with a soft, damp cloth and dry it right away. Use coasters and trivets, and avoid harsh or abrasive cleaners that can wear the polyurethane finish.
Do the tables come with leveling feet? Yes. Every table and chair includes adjustable leveling feet for uneven floors.
Sizing and Custom Orders
Do you make other sizes or colors? Yes. We quote custom lengths, widths, heights, top materials and RAL powder-coat colors. Email info@kbfabservices.com with the dimensions and finish you want.
What heights do your chairs come in? Our standard chairs come in 18-inch dining, 24-inch counter or 30-inch bar seat height. Each product page lists its height.
Assembly
Is assembly required? Table bases bolt to a pre-drilled top using the included Grade 8 bolts. Chairs ship with welded frames.
Shipping
Where do you ship? Anywhere in the United States. We do not ship internationally.
How long does delivery take? Orders process in 1–2 business days and arrive in 6–8 business days in total. Custom quoted orders follow the timeline in your quote.
Is shipping free? Shipping is free on orders over $50 USD.
How will I know when my order ships? We email a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our shop.
Returns and Payment
What is your return policy? You can return unused items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery. See our Return & Refund Policy for details.
Who pays for return shipping? We pay return shipping for damaged, defective or incorrect items. For other returns, the customer covers return shipping.
What payment methods do you accept? Major credit and debit cards and Shop Pay, through Shopify’s secure checkout.
